Hey y’all, I’m Josh Hendricks and I’m an intern here at BRCC. I was born and raised in Highlands NC and have always enjoyed the small town life. I have always loved the mountains and waterfalls that this area brings. Everything from hiking to swimming to cliff jumping; it’s all a passion of mine. I grew up playing soccer in rec league, and then played for Highlands Middle School and High School. I was a Cub Scout and built the fastest Pinewood Derby car every year! After high school I went on to Liberty University and graduated with a BS in Biblical Studies and a minor in Psychology. I was a part of The Hopeline crisis call center at LU and helped co-lead the center for 2 years. I was the Director of Men at Camp Hope Haven in VA Beach and have worked a wide variety of jobs in my life including teaching the elderly how to operate a computer, walking dogs, selling oriental handmade rugs, and cooking in a restaurant. On the side I enjoy running sound on live shows and playing guitar. I have two dogs, a Rottweiler and a Dachshund.
